Temple Recommend Percentage Calculation in LCR Changed?

It appears that the formula used for calculating the percentage of members holding an active temple recommend recently changed on the LCR dashboard. It use to base the percentage on the number of endowed. It is now calculating it based on the number of adults. Is this a bug or a change?
