Here are some options:
- Try a different web browser.
- Try uploading it through the Member Tools mobile app instead.
- Ask a clerk in your congregation to try uploading it. The clerk has the option of using LCR to upload it and it may or may not be more successful.
- If it's a large image, try reducing the size and then try various methods to upload it.
- Try again later.
Usually one of the above will work.
