I did not exactly solve my problem, but I did resolve it. I was not able to print out the tithing settlement summary, but I am able to print out the correct official year end statement for tax purposes. I suspect the original donation (which was Dec. this year) did not have a record number assigned to it, so when I accessed the donation with the now members record number, it was not a match. Thanks for everyones suggestions.
