If I don’t have my MRN, or my baptism certificate, how do I obtain it?

The phone number to the ward where I was baptized in Tennessee, Grove Park, in Knoxville, has been disconnected. I've also tried calling two other wards in knoxville and can't reach anyone. I'm trying to find my MRN.. I know my baptism date.. is there an email address to reach someone in membership?

If you put your address in at Meetinghouse LocatorIt will show you the ward you live in and contact info for the bishop. They can help you get your MRN

Buenas tardes tengo un problema con la cuenta de uno de mis jovenes futuro misionero que no puede acceder a su cuenta de lds, y para recuperarla o ingresar su codigo de miembro nos indica error y no la podemos recuperar, necesitamos borrar la cuenta y abrir una nueva ya que el joven boto y no recuerda el usuario y la clave.

Most likely he already has an other account with his membership record number. Following the instructions in the first post of this forum titled PLEASE READ FIRST: Answers to Most Church Account Problems to recover that other account.

Your ward or branch clerk can provide it. If your record is not in the unit where you reside, they can request it with your birth date and then they can provide your MRN.
