My 88yo parents share the same phone number, address and email account. A member set up an account each and when one of them goes to sign in they can't do it because of the shared components. How do I get the accounts to work please.

I believe each one must have their own unique email address. I think they can share the phone number because my wife and used to share the same phone and were both able to do online donations.

I am an American member of the church who lives in Brazil. This is correct, I have done this... If you have income from the USA and need to pay your tithing and offerings, you can send an email to onlinedonationsupport@churchofjesuschrist.org with a screenshot of your membership info from your LDS online account, and they will make the necessary adjustments. My wife pays our Brazilian income tithing and offerings in BRL, and I pay in USD from our US income. This will reflect in your online church account in a few days. They will send you an email confirming the update with additional instructions. You can then choose in the settings for your and your spouse's church accounts to display the payments of each other. We do this, and it works great. Hope this helps.
