According to this post by a Church employee, the accounts are wiped between 90 and 120 days after release.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Please i need help my missionary account along side with my mission memories are gone 😢 please help me recover my photos and videos I can't live without that great memories please when I came back home i tried saving them but i couldn't please help me please.
