Update: I was able to figure it out!!! and i'm so happy to share it in hopes that it can help anyone else out in this community.

You need to go into Zoom Audio settings and choose all the checkmark under Music and Professional Audio section. these been (High fidelity music mode, Echo cancellation, and Stereo Audio)

that's it, simple yet super effective!!!!

Now I'm getting clean clear audio with no HISSING!!!! NO DELAYS!!!! NO NOTHING!!!! I LOVE IT!
