For everyone's awareness, the Tech Forum is not connected to the official Church support teams. The Forum primarily serves as a place for user-to-user discussion and self-help. We're (almost all) just regular members like yourself, with no special insight into anything Church IT might be doing.

It does appear that this is an ongoing issue for various members, and that standard suggestions such as using a different web browser, using private/incognito mode, or trying on a different computer, do not resolve the issue for those members. However, there are also many members who are successfully using the online Store. I'm always a fan of having lots of members submit Feedback for common issues, since there's a hope that if a lot of members all submit the same problem, it might prompt a quicker response. The Feedback tool is available at the bottom of most Church webpages (and also from inside Church apps).

I have the same issue. I contacted support this is part of their reply
We’re currently receiving a high volume of emails and calls on this, so I want to ensure we address your concerns thoroughly.

Our team is actively resolving the issue, but it’s a bit more complex than just pushing a button. Rest assured, your file has been noted with this issue, and we’re doing our best to fix it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, here are a few options for you:

Check the website periodically: You can keep an eye on the website for updates or have someone place an order for you.
Call us for assistance: Due to recent changes for security reasons, we now enter the items and then have someone call you back to collect payment. Please note that we cannot order items that are not in stock this way.

I am having the same issue. The only thing of note that I can add is that sometimes using a different browser helps (although recently it hasn't), AND I do have a clerk calling which may affect it because I know I have access to a different "charge account" so to speak. Are you in the bishopric at all?

Sounds like a cookie build-up issue. Have you tried incognito mode in the browser?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Same issue here. Different browsers, different devices, cleared cookies/data, tried incognito or private mode. I have a YW President calling, not clerk. The past few months when this would happen, some of these steps worked, but this week nothing is working. I cannot view anything in the store that requires a sign-in. It gets stuck in a sign-in loop.

If I'm informed correctly, if sign-in fails more than some number of times within a certain period, the Church Account will be locked out until there is a period of inactivity. Might the "sign-in loop" be a symptom of a lock-out?
