Multiple Church Zoom Licenses; I used a wrong email address for 1 of the licenses

I'm the STS and I have set up zoom licenses for all the wards in my Stake except for one. When I was setting that one up I accidentally made a typo and then pushed "send request". This was done from the meet.churchofjesuschrist.org page where you enroll for the new zoom licenses the Church recently made available. That page tells me not to remove the license, but to edit the email from the profile page. Problem being I don't have access to that account because the email does not exist (due to typo) and I was not able to create a new email with the errant address in order to open up that zoom account. I hope I'm making sense, is there someone that can help me correct this problem?

Personally, I'd remove the license. The offer will eventually time out, but according to the letter, that will take 30 days.

You might wait a day or so - just to see if the email to the bad address bounces back to Zoom, but I'm not seeing other options besides removing the license.

You will need to contact your district. They may have to call a technology specialist.
