Changing assistant Clerk permissions
Our financial clerk is required to be gone often due to work. I would like to increase the permissions for our other assistant clerk (who currently handles membership) to also be able to help with financial clerk duties. Can I, as ward clerk, change those permissions? If so, how do I do that?

Re: Changing assistant Clerk permissions
Putting him in the "Ward Assistant Clerk" (membership and finance) or "Ward Assistant Clerk—Finance" positions in Leader and Clerk Resources will give him the appropriate access, however, if he was called and sustained as the "Ward Assistant Clerk—Membership" specifically, you should get approval from the stake. You might also consider having him sustained and/or set apart again for the adjusted calling. The stake approves all clerk callings; and in terms of the sustaining, ward members may appreciate knowing when someone new might have access to tithing records, etc.

I think you'd have to use "Ward Assistant Clerk" because I believe the system only allows one "Ward Assistant Clerk-Finance".

Re: Changing assistant Clerk permissions
As the prior posts have indicated, you can only "adjust" callings, not permissions.
