Oh, I HOPE they DON'T make Monday as being the first day of the week. Sunday is the beginning of the week and I feel it should be shown first. Just my thoughts!peparsons wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 3:25 pm
My top 2 priorities now are:
Being able sync with my iPhone like before so the church calendar is integrated with my personal and work calendars.
Being able to start the week on Mondays. Having Sunday on the left is so confusing!

I definitely like the return of the "bar/block" formatting for all-day/multi-day events. Makes it much easier to tell the difference between those, and timed events.peparsons wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 3:25 pm The latest changes in the look and feel of the monthly view are a huge improvement.

Re: Calendar 4.0 released
I’m not proposing forcing everyone to have Monday first on the left. I think it was an option before and I look forward to viewing it that way again. I also use Outlook and Google calendar. I have them configured to have Saturday and Sunday together on the right. For me, it makes sense because there are often events which are on Saturday and Sunday, but I can see others might feel differently.margiestroble wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 5:00 pmOh, I HOPE they DON'T make Monday as being the first day of the week. I didn't realize that it was an option to choose either Sunday or Monday to start the week with. If that is the case, then it should work well for everyone.peparsons wrote: Thu Dec 22, 2022 3:25 pm

Any news on when the missing options will be back? One of the needs we have is to print the calendar for the annual history report.

The annual history can be submitted in its entirety electronically in our stake. You might check with your stake clerk or history specialist.alanmitchell wrote: Wed Dec 28, 2022 8:19 pm Any news on when the missing options will be back? I'm the stake clerk. We submit the AHR electronically. One of the basic requirements is to include a copy of the stake calendar. We use the print function in the calendar for generating it.garystroble wrote: Wed Dec 28, 2022 8:33 pmThe annual history can be submitted in its entirety electronically in our stake. No news, which is pretty normal. However, I'd expect admin functions to return before print functions.
I'd plan on working with what you have rather than waiting for it to become available.

Re: Calendar 4.0 released
In the short term, I'd just go with screenshotting and pasting into word or something similar.

A high resolution screen and zooming out (ctrl minus) can lengthen the event listings to something more complete.caillines wrote: Wed Dec 28, 2022 9:18 pm In the short term, I'd just go with screenshotting and pasting into word or something similar.
A screen shot does seem to be the best solution available at this time.
