linking a bank statement to a donation

How can I actually record a direct deposit made at the bank.
So the case is: under the "Action items" tab there is this statement from the bank that says that a deposit was made. And in fact, this is a deposit made from unspent fast offering funds. The problem is that the deposit was made on May 10th 2023, and today (June 13th 2023) we tried to record it but it still appears there and it seems that it did even consider the record that we just did even though we entered the same amount and recorded it as of the same date of the deposit. Or does it anything to have with the reference number at the left?
So thanks in advance if anyone has a solution about it.

You'll need to contact the global service department and inform them. At this point they are the only ones who can make the necessary corrections. You can use the Help > Contact US option in LCR to either send them a message or to get the phone number to call.
