contact-us button in LCR doesn't work

contact-us button in LCR doesn't work

The contact-us button on the right of the screen in LCR sends you to servicenow, but immediately logs you out, so there's no way you can leave a message.

Try it if you don't believe me.

It might be a cookie build-up problem, or it might be that servicenow is only available to some but not all callings that have access to LCR.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Well... it works for me. And I was half-expecting it not to, since for some reason I'm one of those that seems to suffer more than most from the dreaded cookie buildup! ;)

Could have also just been a temporary server issue on the Church side.

This has been reported in the forums several times before (one example here: viewtopic.php?p=229182&hilit=servicenow+logout#p229182). In each case some people have problems but most do not. No one has ever reported a resolution as far as I can tell so I don't know what can be done about it. Clearing cookies does not seem to help. Most have resorted to making a phone call it seems.
