Out-of-Unit Missionary Couple

We have a stake missionary couple serving in our ward and I've created an out-of-unit membership for each of them. They have requested that they show as married on their out-of-unit membership. Is it possible to link those memberships to show that they are in a single household and married?

It has been a while since I last created an out-of-unit membership, but I seem to recall it might be possible to create a combined/household out-of-unit membership. If that capability exists, it might be necessary to look up the head-of-household (husband).
