Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I am having this problem where I can't add another bank account on the tithing and donations website. It will not let me press the check mark under authorization and awknoledgemnt. I scrolled all the way down to read the terms of services too.

Did you enter your account number twice on the two lines?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

I just received an email stating that a donation was submitted from the 31st of January of this year. That was already completed and now I’m concerned that it’s going to try and withdraw that same amount again when I don’t have the money. How do I stop that process?

I'd suggest going to the Donations page ( https://donationsfe.churchofjesuschrist ... s/donation ) and see what that page shows for the status of any transactions in process. Depending on what you see there, you might want to ask your ward clerk for the phone number for the Global Services Department to talk with them about it.

Hello, I´m a missionary serving in Guatemala and I recently became a secretary in my mission. My information access was raised and now I´m required to use the Two step security clearance every time I enter my account. This worked well until I attempted to change the phone number on which I've been receiving the confirmation code. I wasn´t able to change the phone number and the option was erased locking me out of the system without a way to get back in. The computer pulls up the Face/Fingerprint option but there is no passkey registered. I am now unable to enter into my church account. I do not believe that changing the password, username, or email will allow me access. As a missionary my phone also has very limited access. Elder Jones.

Call the Global Services Department (GSD) for your area and they will be able to help you.
