After eight months it sadly appears that nobody was here, either. Sorry, brother. I'm curious if you ever got a response after all this time?JohnCalvinSheppard wrote: Sun Mar 16, 2025 6:39 am I have been using "Feed Back" in relation to the Unit History Tool but no response yet. I think that all feed back goes into a suggestions box or something that someone might get around to looking at them eventually, They must be very busy.Is anyone there?

Re: Unit history tool
For everyone's awareness, the Tech Forum primarily serves as voluntary user-to-user self-help and discussion, and we're all just regular church members with normal callings. One of the results of this format, is that responses to posts heavily depend on various factors, such as whether any active Forum member is aware of something worth contributing. Also, many Forum members are not consistently active in the Forum, so it's quite easy to miss a post that they might actually have responded to if they saw it. There's nothing wrong with making a follow-up post here in the Forum, to try a second time to see if there's any Forum members who might have insight or ideas.jstamps wrote: Mon Sep 15, 2025 4:56 amAfter eight months it sadly appears that nobody was here, either. Regarding Feedback, yes it can be frustrating when your feedback goes into a black box and there's no response, but it's the only way the Church has provided to connect with their Support teams. The Tech Forum is quite distinct and has no connections to anything the Church's Feedback team might (or might not) be doing.

Can you recover a story that was inadvertently deleted?
