Re: Primary Activities for boys and girls roster
I am having a similar issue where youth who were formerly in Primary Activities are listed as a third class assignment (in addition to Aaronic Priesthood Quorums and Sunday School Class) on the Callings/Classes section of the members profile. I have tried editing that third class assignment for primary activities, but there is not a way of deleting it; I'm guessing that it was added manually. I am a ward executive secretary, so I should have access to make those edits per the Features Access list for that calling; it makes me wonder if it is a glitch. Editing or removing the youth from the Organizations > Primary > Members list showing all primary classes also is not possible for the Primary Activities Classes. Please advise. ![Image]()

We identified the bug that caused this with the New Year Class advancement process and we'll release a fix for that soon. A script is running in the membership database that is cleaning up these kids turning 12 this year that shouldn't be in Activity Days anymore. It should be complete in the next few minutes.

Re: Primary Activities for boys and girls roster
Hi there - We've been having difficulty creating/correcting our Valiant Activities rolls.
1. We seem unable to rename the respective rolls, e.g. as "Valiant Acitivities - Boys" vs "Primary Activities - Boys."
2. When we attempt to add to the roll, we get the following error >> Source and destination unit organization class types match.
Is there a process we can run on our end to resolve this error message?
Thanks! -mc
