covenant path progress not synced with PMG?

the Missionaries' PMG app does not seem to populate the Covenant Path Progress (CPP) tile very well. In LCR, under "Being Taught," I can see some names that do NOT appear in Tools App. Also, the missionaries seem to have information in their PMG that doesn't populate into CPP.

The Forum is (mostly) only user-to-user discussion. Reporting problems (bugs) via the Feedback button is more likely to lead a the problems being solved.

I also wonder if this is another situation where the data is not fully syncing, but where forcing a full data reset via the "Refresh Data" option (under "Settings") in the Tools App, successfully populates the missing data.
