Unable to access General Conference talks

Help! Both my wife and I are unable to access the General Conference talks on our Android phones. Mine is a Galaxy Note20, and my wife’s is a Galaxy S25.
From the home page, we tap on Library, then tap on General Conference, and it kicks both of us out of the app.
We have tried uninstalling the General Conference database, but it will not remove it—nothing happens. We have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Gospel Library app with no luck.

As a workaround, you might have better luck using a web browser and the website.

I'm having the same issue on my laptop, although it doesn't kick me out. It's just a blank page. On my GL phone app, though (IOS), it works just fine. Frustrating because I do a lot of work with the conference talks and it's impossible (or very slow and inconvenient to do by phone). Does anyone know how to solve this?

If you're using a web browser, you might try private or incognito mode. If that helps, clearing the browser's cache and deleting relevant cookies could solve the symptoms on a longer-term basis. Or, it might be good to just clear the cache and delete cookies.

Otherwise, please report the problem either via the app's Feedback button or via the Church website. If reporting via the website, it's probably good to state that you have already tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies.

Having the same issue with all of our family's devices in Android. App crashes when opening general conference section. Tried all the generic fixes. Can look up talks or general conference sessions on Google, click the link and it will open the talk or session in the app, it just seems to be trying to navigate into general conference section in app that is the problem. Multiple brands of devices, Motorola, Samsung, Chinese off brand, etc.

An app crash sounds like a bug. Please use the Feedback link or button to report the bug. The more people who report it, the more likely it is to be fixed.
