I have PCs enrolled that no longer exist e.g. an old Dell PC from 2012 that cannot be found. Does anyone know how this should be handled?
Also, I have PCs used for Zoom meetings exclusively, are these to be listed as 'In use by unit, not in inventory'?

I'm not aware of any direction. For the ones being used for Zoom, I'd select "repurposed" as they are no longer working as a clerk computer.

Hello Everyone,

I am a STS. Today I tried to log in CCAM and helped replace a ward's clerk computer, but CCAM brought me to the Church Home page after I passed the id verification.
I did clear browser's data and change to Brave browser from Microsoft Edge. Neither did they work.

Does anyone know what happened for CCAM?
Best Regards,
Albert

I was able to log in OK. Try again. Also try incognito mode.
