I just found the app ‘Book of Mormon Translate’ and it is a side by side of the BOM. Love it.

Book of Mormon Translate seems to be the best option right now for side by side reading

It was released recently, it looks like it was made by a BYUI student and it keeps track of your reading, has AI features, audio and it is helping me a lot with learning French.
It also has other standard works, not just the book of Mormon. Sometimes I like reading the scriptures in it better than in the church app
