GospelArtAndroid Project follow-up questions

I had to leave the conference today just after I got everything setup (I have IntelliJ, Android SDK and AVD, Java SDK, Maven, Git, and I successfully cloned the repository); so now I'm just looking for some direction as to what to do next and where to start. This is my first android project and I'm excited to start working. Advice? Tutorials?
