Record- numbers, etc

Hi, I am looking where I can find or how to make a list with only the name of the member, his/her record- number, baptism and confirmation date. (Birthdate not real necessary)
I have tried many lists but get always more information as I need.

The simplest solution is a custom report. Since you want MRN you can use the criteria attribute "Member Status", compare operation "is", and value "Member". Then select the format options to provide the columns of information. For example the format options could be "Preferred Name" or "Full Name" (as desired), "Record Number", "Baptism Date", "Confirmation Date", and "Birth Date" (if desired).
