BYU application website not connecting with CES record

I'm applying to BYU and the online application will not let me progress unless it connects my seminary information from the CES link. But the CES website will not connect. Help

This forum is user-to-user support. Given the lack of replies to the original post, I think you'll need to look elsewhere for support.

I do notice that the OP didn't have a membership number attached to their account - that's probably the issue. The account is effectively a "non-member" account. Which explains why it can't connect to the CES information.

My information and my MRN are the right ones connected to my LDS account but t won’t let me connect and my ward clerk can’t figure it out either.

I am having a similar problem with my BYU application not connecting to my LDS account and I can’t move forward. I can login just fine and all the information is correct. Is it my computer or something else?

In order for it to connect, I'm sure two things have to happen: The BYU application has to be associated with your MRN. Your LDS Account has to be using the same MRN. My guess is that one of those things aren't there are or not right.

I can't send my application to BYU Hawaii. It says my request resulted in an error
