Individual Picture update crash

Hi, I was trying to upload an individual photo to myself on the directory on LDS tools. I tried uploading a photo from my photo library, but as soon as I select one, it completely crashes. I tried taking a photo with my iphone's camera and as soon as I took the photo and selected use photo, the app crashed again. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue. I have version 3.5.0
