LDS.org Study Mode not working for General Conference on Chrome/IE

Discussions about the Notes and Journal tool on LDS.org. This includes the Study Toolbar as well as the scriptures and other content on LDS.org that is integrated with Notes and Journal.

LDS.org Study Mode not working for General Conference on Chrome/IE

Within the past week, the Study Mode bar has disappeared for 2018 General Conference talks (English), though it's still available for scriptures. I have attempted using both Chrome and IE browsers with the same result. Previously, once I logged in to my account, the "Study Mode" bar would automatically appear at the bottom of the page for General Conference talks as well as scripture pages. Study Mode/Notes is still functioning via the Gospel Library Mobile App (Android OS). Has anyone else run into this issue? Workaround suggestions?

As a workaround, you can use the new Gospel Library Online pages at LDS.org:
