Hankbook 1 in Spanish

We have created a new Spanish Branch in our Stake. The Presidency cannot seem to find Handbook 1 in Spanish through the app. Is there such a beast and how would I help them access it? Thanks.

When Gospel Library is open tap the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen and select Language and then select Spanish. This will download the Spanish version of the library. On my android system I still had English installed and the primary language yet I was able to download the Spanish version of books and documents. Handbook 1 was downloaded in Spanish.
