Sacrament Broadcast with iPad Pro

Post by logan.lynch32 »

I am a Ward Clerk and for now I’m being tasked with broadcasting out Sacrament Meeting. We did our first one day and for the most part it worked well.

I used my iPad Pro and used Zoom. The only hiccup we had was a lot of background noise.

I want to hook up to the chapels audio and get the broadcast sounding better. Has anyone successfully done a broadcast with the iPad Pro? If so what equipment did you end up using? From what I’ve read so far it sounds like I just need to get a 3.5mm cable and some kind of splitter or dongle and should be good? This is what we have at our pulpit...
