Patriarchal Bless Request for Member
A member of our Ward is trying to request a copy of their Patriarchal Blessing, but the system keeps erroring on them and telling them to contact the Ward Clerk. So the question that has been asked is: Can the Ward Clerk request a copy of a members Patriarchal Blessing for them?

I doubt it. The role of the ward clerk would be to help them resolve the issue - perhaps by putting them in contact with the Global Service Desk.
But before doing that, I'd recommend the member switch to incognito mode and try again. The church seem to have an ongoing issue with web pages failing due to stale cookies. Right now, I can't get into my own "PB Request" unless I switch to incognito mode.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
