Error is setting up Zoom account

I keep getting an error that I can't create a Zoom account. Anyone know why I would be getting this error?

They were having issues for those with multiple callings

I have multiple callings (ward and stake) but have not had any problems accessing the site and seeing the Zoom link. I have created nine accounts successfully, although I had to try several times for almost half of them before I got an activation email. I also created a stake account, but then changed the email address at Zoom, and now the Meeting site has reverted to Setup Not Complete, probably because the email address there no longer matches the Zoom account address. The account works, however, so we are keeping our fingers crossed. It is just that I cannot delete it from the setup page if anything goes wrong.

My final problem is that I cannot get the Meeting site to send the activation email for one of my units. I have removed the unit and retried the process several times over the last few days but nothing I do is working. I sent feedback through the Meet setup site, but I guess they are swamped with requests for help. I know the email being used is valid because I have successfully sent several messages to it directly from other personal email accounts.

I got the error setting up a Zoom account a couple of times, and discovered it was because the person I was setting up the account for already had a paid Zoom account that used the same email address they gave me to setup the church supplied Zoom account. I asked them to give me a different email address to use, and voila, account created.
