How do I create a church Zoom Account???

Last week’s letter said to go to meet.churchofjesuschrist.org to sign up for a church zoom account. However, I only see an Error 503 message: “HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.”.

How can we get a new Zoom Account?

The STS has to sign up for the accounts within the stake. You'll need to contact him to get your account created.

I am also stuck in understanding how to create a church Zoom account. I am a stake tech specialist and when accessing the link, https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org it default sends be to create a Google Meet account. I don't want a Google Meet account, I want a church Zoom account. I thought that maybe I was supposed to use the church generated Google account generated for Google Meet to then open a Zoom account, but this only provides the basic free Zoom account. What am I missing? Has anyone thought to make a video of step by step guide to setting up the church Zoom account and creating a webinar for sacrament meeting?

If you are the Stake Assistant Clerk -- Technology Specialist, you will also see a Zoom link at the Meet Portal that will allow you to create Zoom accounts for your stake. If you do not hold that position, or if the position is not recorded properly at LCR, you will not see the link and will not be able to create a church Zoom account.

Me pasa lo mismo. En mi Estaca enviaron una carta, proveniente del area, donde explican lo siguiente:
"Se ha aprobado una licencia para cada estaca, barrio, rama, misión y distrito. Estas licencias
pueden ser adquiridas de la Iglesia por el Especialista en Tecnología de Estaca (STS). Los
detalles sobre la adquisición de licencias y las mejores prácticas para usar Zoom para reuniones

I am the stake tech specialist, entered correctly into the system, and only have an option to create a Google meets account. What am I missing?

Edit: my bad, just double checked and I am an assistant! Never noticed that before

I have the callings, high councilor, auditor and stake technology specialist, registered in LCR. When accessing the link https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org, the system redirected me to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/Home/GoogleEnroll and there was only the option for creating the Google Meet account. When I changed the link to https://meet.churchofjesuschrist.org/Home/ZoomEnroll, I saw the Zoom enrollment page but the system prompted the following error:
Error: Only the mission, district, or stake technology specialist can request Zoom licenses through this portal.Please contact your technology specialist for assistance.

Can anyone help? Is the problem related to some of my callings?
