Webcast giving SOURCE_MANIFEST_INVALID to viewers

Webcast giving SOURCE_MANIFEST_INVALID to viewers

The webcast for our ward failed this morning. I and everyone that tried to view it got an error message "SOURCE_MANIFEST_INVALID" (see attached) when trying to view the stream, regardless of if the encoder was sending data or not.

The next ward's event worked, fine, however.

What causes this and how can it be prevented?
