Logins fail for mobile devices

Hello.
I am curious if others have had issues using any other device but a laptop and/or desktop to manage and admin unit zoom account.

The logins from other devices like ipads, iphones, android phones and tablets always display a failed login. After 5 attempts the account gets locked for 30 mins. The username and password are correct and have been double checked.
