Heads up - pre- and post-buffering values changed

A new notification is present when accessing the Webcast site:

Buffer Periods - The pre- and post-buffer periods have been changed for all event types.

Don't panic when your pre-buffering doesn't start until about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event. I did panic and called the global service center and they calmed me down. :)

It was announced in this thread as well as in a email sent to STS and presumably some other callings.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
