Adding stake leaders to a private ward calendar

I created a private calendar for the ward council members, but the stake high counselor also needs access to view this calendar. Is this possible to add members with stake callings to the private calendar in my ward? I have confirmed that the high councilor can see our ward's public calendars, but I can't add him (by calling or by name) to the private calendar.

The short answer is that it doesn't appear possible at this time. No idea if that will change.

Funny, I'm a brand-new Bishopric member currently faced with exactly the same dilemma. I have been unable to find a solution. When I contacted the tech support folks at the Church, they said this has never been requested before. Which is baffling to me. Which ward doesn't want to be able to include their assigned High Councilman on their private ward calendars??? He is essentially a sitting member of the ward, and an integral component of the Bishopric. We shouldn't have to rely on email/texts to inform him of our meeting schedules.

My last-hope workaround will be to request that the stake set up a private calendar for my ward's Bishopric at the stake level, which should allow us to add our High Councilman.
