Firstly, I'm sorry if this has already been covered. I usually search in great detail before posting, but I do not have the time at the moment for searching for this answer. See my system details below.
My issue is this. I have a section in my notes - a notebook titled Journal. I was looking at some old entries and then I started noticing some blank entries. I have a tendency toward being orderly and as such I don't like things like blank entries, so I started deleting these. I did not click on the entries, but selected the 3 dot menu directly to then choose delete. I deleted 2 entires and then started noticing more blank entries that were not there before. I became curious and clicked on these newly revealed blank entries instead of directly deleting them. When I clicked on them it became apparent that they were legitimate entires with text. The text appeared when I clicked on the blank entry. I realized that the 2 previous blank entries that I had deleted were in fact not blank. I know what one of the was and I recreated the entry to the best of my ability however I do not remember the date - only the general time of year within a bout 3 or 4 months. The other entry is lost forever. I have no idea what it was. And of course when I was presented with the message asking "Do you really want to do this? You can't recover this entry." I said yes since I knew I didn't want blank entries hanging around.
It seems that this is a quirk perhaps in combination with my chosen dark theme and the current app version?? Who knows, this is only a guess.
Is there any recourse? I quickly logged into my account on a computer browser, but the deletes have synced and the entries are gone there as well.

Re: False blank notes entries
There isn't a way to recover your deleted note, but that sounds like a bug that would be worth fixing. I'd recommend sending in-app feedback in Gospel Library Settings.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9, Gospel Library 5.11.4, and I created a test note in a test notebook. It displays fine for me, even when I switched to dark theme... Do the notes display for you in light theme? Do you have the theme set at the system level, or only in the app? Do you see the problem on new notes, or only old notes? If you move one of those blank notes to the top of the notebook, does it display correctly there (in case it has something to do with note loading while scrolling)?
