Any IT staff from Church HQ is monitoring this channel?
Can you guys feedback to your management why toll number for some ASIA areas is not covered?! such as , Hong Kong, Thailand, Taiwan, etc

I notice that when I'm not logged into Zoom, I see a list of countries with dashes, but some countries have no dash.
The three countries you mention are shown, but are blank. I interpret this as a limitation on Zoom's part.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Zoom toll free(or dial-in) is available for places I name, at least I am certain it is available in Hong Kong.
Because my day job also provides me with a corporate level Zoom account and the Hong Kong phone number for dial-in is on list and available for usage, so I can only assume it is either a setting or license issue.
We have feedback this issue to church’s Administration Office in Asia, as they station in Hong Kong. They said they have no control over this and have reflected the issue to Salt Lake.
Hope the ball will roll fast enough to get this matter resolve ASAP.
