Church keys

Church keys
So, my bishop ordered a few library keys for our church building. The app he used to order them says the order was completed. We both don't know who they are sent to. It has been a couple weeks and nobody has received a package of the keys. Does anyone know, when bishop orders keys, who they go to or how we get ahold of them? Thanks

I assume the app was FIR. You need to ask the FM group what they did with the keys. I don't know as there's any standard about how the keys get delivered.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
