Missionaries who leave the ward not being deleted.

Moving a missionary's membership record does not change the financial responsibility. That needs to be worked out with the missionary department.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

The mission office maintains the list of missionaries assigned to a ward or branch. If that list has not changed and you have recently synced Member Tools, that would be the place to start.richprice1 wrote: Missionaries who leave the ward not being deleted.

Are you talking about the missionaries serving in the ward, or missionary's home ward?

Had the same problem, just updating the app didn't do anything, but logging completely out of the app and then back in solved it.

This does seem to happen "randomly" to users. Just last month my Tools App would not show a new move-in family no matter how many times I synced. They wouldn't show up on my phone, either in the directory or in the list of new move-ins. Signing out and signing back in was the magic sauce. Makes one wonder of course, how much other data is also not getting synced but isn't as visibly noticeable.
