Does anyone know who to contact at the church HQ to fix a temple recommend name swap. The counselor wrote up the recommends on paper and then when inputting in the system switched the recommend number so now when couple goes to the temple the wife's recommend with here name brings up the husband's name on the computer and the husband's recommend pulls up his wife's name on the computer. Should be an easy database edit, but no one seems to know who to contact to fix.

Yeah, I've had this issue too. Open a ticket with the helpdesk, include photos of the two recommends if possible with instructions on which recommend number should go with which member number. Takes a few days for them to get to the right people to fix.
