As I understand it, the class names are auto-generated. You can combine the 12 and 13, or you can split classes that are too big. But you can't do both at the same time.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

it's tricky. i was able to split my YW classes by whos in highschool and who's in middle school and elementary. I had to combine classes together and then split one class and combine each with the older and younger classes. I can't remember the exact process but it took a while of messing around to figure it out.

By this, do you mean that for a specific birth year, you have some girls in one YW class and other girls born that same year in another class? If so, I'm not sure that follows GHB 11.1.3, which seems clear that all YW classes are by calendar-year age-groups. Calendar-year age-group classes can be combined, but nothing is given for splitting up calendar-years. I understand there may be a desire to group YW classes by school years, but I don't see that wiggle room in the current Handbook, especially since things like FSY, Trek, dances, and other YW activities are always now calendar-year based.i was able to split my YW classes by whos in highschool and who's in middle school and elementary
Of course, perhaps I just misunderstood how you've organized classes, and my response isn't applicable. It happens...
