Welfare Resources

Could somebody point me to any information regarding who should have access to Welfare Resources? Our Relief Society president would like to have her counselors help some more with welfare needs (under her express direction and permission of course) but reports her counselors don't have access to Welfare Resources in LCR. Is this something they should be able to access?

I'm not positive, but I think the RS President gets access from her calling and the bishop has to grant access to her counselor(s). I'm no longer in a role where I can see that and when I was in that role role LCR didn't exist.

I don't see anywhere where I can modify or assign roles but I'll ask the bishop if he can see anything when he logs in. Thanks!
