I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and can no longer play or download the scripture videos in the Gospel Library New Testament. It happened all of a sudden. Any ideas?

I just tested playing the videos at the top of a few chapters in Library > Children > Scripture Stories > New Testament Stories, on my iPhone, and it worked for me. Is there a specific one that's not working for you, or is it all of them? What happens when you press the download or play button? Have you tried on a different internet connection? Also, are you able to play other videos in the app (for example, under General Conference)?
