Out of unit membership donations

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Out of unit membership donations

Hi,
I have an out of unit membership in a branch (my home ward/assigned ward is still active). I just made a cash donation in the out of unit branch, but it's been more than a week, and I don't see it with my online donations. What is the best way to enter that/track that? I would like to be able to make donations to either ward online.

Talk with the branch. Apparently, they didn't associate the donation with your membership record. Your MRN is the key to linking things up.

Aside from Ward Missionary, that's not supported. Nor does it matter since everything else gets swept to Church Headquarters.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

This recently came up for us in a different scenario, and one item discussed was in GHB 33.6.5, which states that only the bishop of the 'home' ward can conduct interviews and such. I think that plays into this situation, where there can only be one bishop who is the steward of your donations, and can interview you regarding them at the end of the year (or any other point if needed). Stewardship can switch when records are moved, but cannot be shared.
