Return to Staples without order number?

A clean up and organization of our clerk’s office was long overdue. I found box with a bunch of miscellaneous supplies. Paper tape rolls for a calculator, boxes of pens, tape and so on. There are new, unopened. I don’t think these will ever be used in our computer based world.

I haven’t tried to find orders and such. I don’t think a search would be fruitful. Is there a way to return these things to Staples without an order number or do I need to go digging?

I just looked at the Staples return policy at their website. It looks like they will accept returns with a receipt or packing slip. There are restrictions identified on the website page. There is a FAQ section on the page for further help.
