I have been unable to access our Directory for the past three days, which shows Internal Server Error or Sorry, We're Having Trouble We're sorry, our system is experiencing a problem. Please refresh the page and try again.

Have you tried using incognito mode? Church websites have an issue with cookie buildup. Using incognito mode is a quick test to see if that's the problem.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

@ zhaolun. Are others in your ward experiencing the same thing? This may help narrow the possible source of the issue.

You may also want to try other things like seeing if you can access the ward calendar.

Also verify your MRN is connected with the account you're using. You're not showing as a member in the forum software.
