tithing of a recent convert can't be registered

So there was a sister that was recently baptized in our branch. she paid her tithing and when I click on the "Save and add new donation" button, the screen is just blinking and doesn't do anything, (like it should move on to the next donation).
At first, I thought that it may take some time for her membership to sink somewhere (where I don't really know) but today, a week later, it's just doing the same thing.
There are two other sisters that were baptized on the same date as her but when I'm recording their tithing, everything seems to go well and has no problem but only the latter.
Does anyone knows what's going on? Or does anyone already had the same case?

The next course of action would be to call the GSD help desk on a weekday. There can be any number of issues that can cause the problem. Sorting it out here will most likely take a lot longer than a call to the GSD.

Having said that, I would go over her membership record to try to find any issues that need to be corrected or completed.
