Where to find Personalized Donation Envelopes

On store.churchofjesuschrist.org I can find blank donation envelopes, but I can't seem to find personalized ones that would have my bishop's name and address on them. How do you order those, or are people just ordering blank ones and then fussing with the printer options to try to mass print the labels themselves?

A number of months have passed since it was discussed in another thread that the personalized stationery and envelopes are no longer available. Whether it is temporary or permanent we do not know. I am guessing that the personalized donation envelopes fall into the same status. In my ward it is not an issue since there are very few, if any, members who mail their donations. Those who still use the paper donation slips, which are few, hand them to a bishopric member.
