I apologize ahead of time for the long post, but I wanted to give the background for my question.
A member of our stake returned from his mission several months early, and he completed his time as a church service missionary assigned to our stake. As part of his service, he was called as a stake membership clerk and assigned to help locate several lost young single adults for which we have membership records. This was primarily to help our YSA branch invite all the YSAs in our stake back to activity. To help with this, the high counselor assigned to the YSA branch opened a subscription to whitepages.com and gave him access. Using this service, he was able to find addresses for several of the members. His service mission has now ended, and he will soon be released from his stake calling. But the stake presidency wants to continue with this effort (he only completed about half the list), and a new membership clerk will be called soon. Along with this, the stake presidency agreed it would be best to have the HC cancel his account (his request) and open a new one managed by the stake clerk (me). The idea is to have one account that can eventually be shared by each of the ward/branch clerks to help locate all the lost members in the stake (not just the YSAs).
Since this will be a new account, I'm wondering if whitepages.com is the best subscription service for our needs. I looked at several articles listing the top services available, and only a couple of them had whitepages.com on their list (and it didn't make the top 5 in any of them). Do any of you have experience with a service that you can recommend (or suggest that I should avoid)?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Online service to find members
I have tried a few services. I prefer to use BeenVerified.com.
I avoid FamilyTreeNow.com, because I have found the search results to be outdated and unreliable. Other clerks using FamilyTreeNow.com have moved records to my ward. I used BeenVerified.com to help me find the true current location of those members.

Whichever service you go with, be sure to read the terms of service to make sure sharing a single account between multiple people is allowed.
