Adding EFT information

I am a brand new Ward Clerk and I need to help some members add their EFT information. The online guide says to go to Finance, Participants, choose one and then choose EFT to add/edit the information but for the life of me (and them) we can't find the EFT data location. I am sure I am just being blind, but where is it?

I'm not sure if a clerk can do that.

The member can do it by going to http://donations.churchofjesuschrist.org/, choose "settings" on the left side and scroll down to "Expense Reimbursement Account".

Edit: This post applies to US/Canada. Other countries may be different.

In the U.S. and Canada that capability does not exist. The instructions you read are for those countries and areas like the UK that can set up a nonmember participant payee for EFT expense payments. The title of the article you linked to specifically identifies that capability for outside the U.S. and Canada. The paragraph in the Procedures section identifies the limitations for those countries with that capability.

The member payee in the U.S. and Canada must do it as russelhltn posted, from their online Donations page.

If you're in the US or Canada then that page does not apply. In the US and Canada, members have to set up their own information as russelhltn indicated.

If you're outside the US and Canada then check with your Stake Clerk to find out how EFTs are handled in your area.
